Current Rate
$130 for 50 minute session
$175 for 80 minute session
Insurance
I currently accept Anthem EAP and Sutter EAP
Insurance Plans: Aetna, Contracted Provider with Kaiser, Cigna, Anthem Blue
Cross and Placer County.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please contact me for
more information, this fee is based on a sliding scale.
Payment
Cash or check and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have
not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be expected to pay
the full cost of the session. Exceptions are made at my discretion.
